Airport return
Return the vehicle to YVR on your departure day. We confirm the return point and the timing in advance so you are not searching for it with a flight to catch.
Flight tracking
Enter your flight number and airline when you reserve. DRVN monitors the inbound flight from departure so the handover matches your actual arrival.
Delayed flight handling
If your flight is delayed, we adjust the handover — no rebooking, no forfeited reservation. Significant schedule changes are confirmed with you by phone or email.
Meet and Greet
A DRVN representative meets you inside the terminal, completes the paperwork, and walks you to the vehicle. Available as an optional service on any reservation.
Luggage assistance
Help loading at the terminal, plus guidance on luggage capacity before you book so the vehicle actually fits the trip.
After-hours pickup
Late arrivals and overnight schedules are handled by arrangement. We are reachable 24/7 on 604-348-9548.
