By using the DRVN Auto Rentals website and submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our rental requirements and privacy policy.
1. Reservations are requests
A reservation submitted through this site is a request only and does not create a binding rental or reserve any vehicle. A rental exists only once DRVN confirms availability and eligibility and issues a written confirmation, and once the rental agreement is signed at pickup.
2. Eligibility & accuracy
You confirm that the information you provide is true and complete and that you meet the eligibility requirements. DRVN may decline or cancel any request at its discretion, including where eligibility cannot be verified.
3. Pricing
Rates shown on this website are placeholders in Canadian dollars, are subject to change, and exclude applicable taxes, fees, deposits, and optional coverage. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before your rental begins.
4. Payment
A physical major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) in the primary renter's legal name is required. Payment and deposit authorizations are processed by a hosted, PCI-compliant provider. DRVN does not store card numbers and never requests a full card number or CVV through this website.
5. Vehicle use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with the rental agreement and the requirements, including provisions on authorized drivers, prohibited use, smoking, fuel, mileage, and geographic restrictions. Breach may result in loss of coverage and additional charges.
6. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and change terms are set out in the rental requirements and your confirmation. As no charge applies before confirmation, cancelling an unconfirmed request is free.
7. Intellectual property & trademarks
The DRVN name, logo, and site content are the property of DRVN Auto Rentals. Vehicle manufacturer names, models, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. DRVN is independent and not affiliated with any manufacturer.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DRVN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
